About the roleThe Cyber Security Identity & Access Management (IdAM) Consultant/Advisor provides expert technical advice, guidance and support on cyber security, both in business-as-usual and for live and planned projects within our clients' business. You will be an Identity & Access Management and security governance specialist, who either has well developed skills in this area of expertise or looking to hone in on their current skills and develop a career as an IdAM expert.
Your responsibilities may include
Managing and delivering IdAM assignments, including producing documentation and reports
Building client relationships and establishing credibility by demonstrating knowledge of various aspects of cyber security, and identify opportunities where PwC can assist
Ensuring the quality of deliverables so clients are satisfied with our work
Working either as senior subject matter experts in your field and/or manage teams in delivering client excellence
Working with colleagues in other services areas and support our clients' cyber security needs
Managing teams in delivering client excellence and work with other subject matter experts
Driving the development of toolkits, methodologies and accelerators
Driving the vision and thought leadership either within or across more than one of our 'client issue' towers
Providing thought leadership and direction for the cyber security practice
Helping recruit, retain and develop other cyber security team members
Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science, Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Security, or Master of Business Administration (MBA) or related computer science field
Strong experience in identity and access management
IdAM strategy, architecture and roadmap development
Access governance
Identity administration and provisioning
Federation
Fine grained access control and entitlements
While not prerequisites, the following experience will be advantageous
Professional designation such as accounting designation, or cyber/information security certification such as CISSP, CISA or CISM
Proven track record of delivery of large security improvement programmes
Experience in the following industry sectors Financial Services, Pharmaceutical, Telecommunications, and Utilities
Active SC or DV security clearance, or able to obtain security clearance
Suggest creative solutions to complex problems
Exceptional analytical and technical aptitude, and strong presentation and report writing skills
Develop and manage stakeholder expectations including senior-level relationships
Manage multiple projects, time, prioritise tasks and work under tight deadlines
Work independently with little supervision, but integrate well into teams
Clear, concise and articulate communication, both written and verbal, when presenting and explaining results and findings
A strong desire to learn and willingness to share knowledge
Be a role model for junior members of the team
Desire to work in a constantly evolving environment
Open to travel to regional and international PwC offices and client sites
