The Chelmsford office is currently seeking the below fee earners to join their Liability division: Solicitor/CILEX/Litigation Executive, 0-3 years' experience, EL/PL Solicitor/CILEX/Litigation Executive, up to 5 years' experience, EL/PL Solicitor/CILEX/Litigation Executive, 6+ years' experience, EL/PL This is a great opportunity to work on a high quality caseload for a variety of clients on fast & multi-track, large loss and catastrophic personal injury claims. Team Information: The Liability division is recognised for their specialist expertise in defending insurance liability claims including personal injury matters, from small through to large loss employers' and public liability, and motor claims. The division also handles catastrophic injury and occupational disease related matters as well as medical negligence and fraud related issues. There are a number of teams within the Chelmsford office whom handle multiple areas of Personal Injury law: EL/PL Kennedys global legal team advises insurers, public bodies, local government and large self-insured clients on the full range of employers' and public liability claims throughout the world. Our EL/PL team in Chelmsford is led up by Andrew Caplan and Tracy Head. Andrew is a defendant personal injury and dispute resolution lawyer and is based in Chelmsford. Tracy is based in our London office and specialises in defending liability injury matters.
