About us:

We are a family owned business who are currently celebrating 57 years in business this year.

We have Toyota centres in Ilkeston and Mansfield and have recently added a Suzuki franchise in Mansfield.

We are looking to recruit a Business Centre Coordinator to work in our busy Ilkeston Toyota Business Centre.

The Business Centre Coordinator Role:

The role will provide support to the Business Centre including - 

+ Invoicing vehicle sales
+ Processing vehicle orders 
+ Registering vehicles
+ Processing internal workshop requests
+ Arranging vehicle deliveries
+ Maintaining Fleet Portal (database)
+ Prospecting calls for new business
+ Diary management for Business Centre Specialist
+ General administration duties as required by CRM Manager

About You:

The ideal candidate will have previous motor trade experience and be able to work well in a fast moving environment, ensuring accuracy at all times

You may have worked in the following capacities:
Cars Sales, Automotive Sales, Dealership Front of House, Dealership Reception, Dealership Administration, Automotive Customer Service, Automotive Service Advisor.
