A leading managing agent are currently on the search for a Facilities Manager to manage a mixed portfolio of properties across Greater London / East London. The salary for this role is GBP35,000 - GBP40,000 with an excellent benefits package that includes bonus, healthcare and pension and much more.
The Facilities Manager will be directly responsible for preparing the service charge and closely monitoring this throughout the year, building strong relationships with tenants and contractors to ensure the smooth operation of each property. Also, as the Facilities Manager you will be directly responsible for managing Assistant Facilities Manager.
Key Requirements:
* Experience working for a managing agent / property management organisation
* Good knowledge of service charge budgets
* Holding a driving licence is essential for this position
* Ideally, you will hold experience in managing a multi-site portfolio
