Assistant Building Surveyor - London
Salary: GBP25,000 - GBP27,000 Plus Benefits
Summary:
My Client is a well-known A multi-disciplinary consultancy is looking for an Assistant Building Surveyor to join their team. They are based in Central London and are currently working on a range of impressive projects in the capital. Ideally, you'll be working on becoming chartered and already be close to completing the APC course. The client boasts a high success rate due to the incredible training and career progression.
Key Duties:
* Client and contract administration duties
* Project Management
* Preparing all initial appraisal reports and budget costs
* Building defects
* Commercial and residential experience
About You:
As an Assistant Building Surveyor, you will have:
Ideally you should be RICIS approved and be able to demonstrate the desire and enthusiasm to becoming a chartered Building Surveyor which will be fully supported by the company. You will have a minimum of 18 months experience to date and be able to demonstrate a variety of experience in carrying out project work such as producing detailed drawings as well as report writing skills and contract administration. further to this my client would keen to speak with candidates who have some exposure in the commercial sector.
