Deputy CEO

As the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, you will lead the provision of our client’s finance and other services so that they will deliver their mission and strategy. In this you will be the Financial Director of the College but also you will work closely with their Chief Executive Officer and their board in developing their strategy and plans.

They have been through turbulence and change and they inhabit a challenging environment. Your role will be to ensure they are sustainable by exercising appropriate financial and other controls and maximising the return from their assets and resources. You will be key to their success.

The Board is looking for candidates who can work with their team of leaders and staff and with their partners to deliver their vision of unlocking potential through learning and their mission to develop individual, local and regional prosperity and wellbeing. You will hold an appropriate accounting or finance qualification at Level 5 or higher along with a Degree, a management qualification and/or higher Degree with evidence of continuous professional development.
