My Client an independent law firm based in Ellesmere Port are currently seeking candidates from a litigation and credit hire background. They are interested in meeting with paralegals, Legal Executives and Solicitors
Responsible for recovering uninsured losses from third party insurers including credit hire/credit repair. You should be a strong litigator with excellent communication, negotiation and time management skills.
Duties include:
Risk assessment of liability
Liaising with clients to obtain necessary instructions in relation to any allegations of liability and fraud, effectively managing client expectations
Make enquiries on cases where causation/fraud is raised
Collating supporting documents to support special damage
Discussing client's financial situations in detail with them
Required experience:
Strong litigation skills
Experience of credit hire
Handling files from inception to completion
Preparing applications
Reviews and risk assessments
