GK Apprenticeships are now looking for two Sales Apprentices to join Global Knowledge for an 18-24 month apprenticeship to gain a Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship.

Your Role 

As a Sales Apprentice, you’ll take on an 18 month – two year apprenticeship where you will work towards gaining a Level 4 Sales Executive qualification. 

You’ll learn all the aspects and nuances of sales and how to succeed in this industry. This will include learning telephone skills, how to generate sales leads and how to manage sales campaigns. 

What’s more, you’ll be learning on-the-job and so you will be taking part in real outbound call campaigns whilst learning everything there is to know about this area. 

Within your role, you will learn to: 

- Generate leads 
- Make external sales calls 
- Keep customers ‘warm’ 
- Work to performance targets 
- Work with databases 
- Pass information across to other teams effectively 

About You 

To be considered as a Sales Apprentice, you will need: 

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software such as Word, Outlook and Excel 
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

Experience of working in a sales environment or an understanding of IT would be beneficial to your application. Experience in an IT sales environment would also be highly desirable.
