Human Resources Workforce Development Lead

We are currently recruiting for a HR Development Lead for a client based in Truro. This is a temporary contract for an experienced HR Workforce Development Lead on a full-time basis.  You will be joining a friendly and professional team.

The Role: This will be a highly varied role in a busy department, the successful candidate will be expected to deal with people in a friendly and professional manner and perform a range of HR duties.  Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

  • Work with Adult Care providers to develop a workforce strategy
  • Access Workforce Funding across the Business
  • General HR Practices
  • Dealing with External Audit providers and practices

Candidate Specification: For this position we are seeking applications from candidates who can demonstrate;

  • Experience of developing a workforce strategy
  • Experience of working with external providers (with Adult Social care desirable)
  • Provide track record with Human Resources
  • Experienced in accessing external funding
