Red Rock Partnership is looking for Injection Moulding Production Operatives (Machine Operators) to join our most established client in Morley, Leeds.
Our client is leading Injection Moulding plastic manufacturer that supplies world leading brands with plastic caps, soap/deodorant dispensers etc.
This is an exciting opportunity to join their team on Temp to Perm basis where first 12 weeks is paid GBP8.28 per hour. After 12 weeks for the right person this position could become permanent.
Pay rate per hour for all workers after successful completion of the 12 weeks probation will increase up to GBP9.33 .
Overtime will be paid Time and Half including Saturdays plus Double Time on Sunday.
The shifts rotate from days to nights and are 12 hours long including weekends.
Each candidate need to be flexible with working days/nights and be available over weekends as every two weeks shifts will be worked over weekend.
The ideal candidate will have the below:
* previous experience in injection moulding (desirable but not essential)
* previous experience as a production worker
* have keen eye for detail
* positive attitude for new tasks
* be punctual and flexible with working hours
* be dedicated
* be trustworthy
* have great communication skills
* be team player but will be ok to work on its own
