CALLING ALL PLUMBERS!

Here at East Coast College, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Lecturer in Plumbing to join us on a permanent, full time basis.

We are looking for someone who can deliver outstanding and innovative teaching, learning and assessment to a wide range of students across the College provision; supporting students to achieve excellence and reach their full potential.

So if you hold a Level 3 qualification in Plumbing and have previous teaching experience or strong industry experience with a willingness to learn we would love to hear from you!

You will demonstrate use of a broad range of assessment measures as a driver to improving learners’ performance and have a proven ability to achieve good learning and teaching standards or demonstrate the potential to attain.

 

We’d also like you to be effective in managing behaviour and motivate all learners to make a positive contribution to the learning environment. With good team working skills to include a record of working co-operatively to achieve individual and team goals, you will have good subject knowledge and a sound understanding of the relevant curriculum.

As long as you are willing to achieve a Level 5 teaching qualification within 3 years of commencing employment and an A1 Assessor award and a V1 verification award within 1 year of commencing employment then this could be the perfect role for you!
