Sales Negotiator (New Homes)
GBP20,000 - GBP25,000 + Commission

Ascent Sourcing are currently partnered with a well known and successful New Homes company based in the Colchester area that have just acted on expansion plans which has provided two new additional Sales Negotiator on some exciting new ventures.

Main Responsibilities:

• Working with existing and new client to obtain and secure business for the team.
• Interacting with the valuation and progression team to identify further sales leads.
• Helping source buyers for large scale developments.
Skills and Qualities:
• Solid knowledge of estate agency/property related practices i.e Financial Services and Part Exchange.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire you team.
• Knowledge of valuing properties and the use of a comparable method of valuation.
• Effective and efficient project management skills
