We are looking for a talented and experienced Performance Manager to join our Business Improvement Team.
You will have excellent communication skills and the drive and vision to make step change improvements to performance reporting. A highly motivated manager with a flair for analysis and attention to detail, and the ability to take a flexible and adaptable approach
To be effective in your role, you will have the ability to think laterally, solve complex problems and make decisions. You will also be able to work across a wide range of complex issues in an organised and methodical manner. You will support the development of the corporate golden thread, from strategy to delivery through the development of a SMART performance framework that staff can understand and use in their day to day activities.
You will lead in the development of governance and change control management in our new performance framework, reflecting Trivallis’ commitment to demonstrate improvements in cost, quality and satisfaction.
Working with IT colleagues, you will develop new digital outputs from performance data to staff, customers and stakeholders
You will work with the Head of Governance and Risk to ensure the performance framework supports the Board Assurance Framework.
