About the role
We are looking for someone to join our busy team carrying out inspection of a range of sewerage plants such as watercourses, manholes, pipes and drains in line with agreed timescales. You will assist driving the sewer jetting machine, ensuring all operations are completed in accordance with Health and Safety/Environmental Agency guidelines and regular maintenance is carried out on sewerage equipment.
The successful candidate will hold a full UK driving licence, LGV (Cat C), a certificate of professional competence (CPC) qualification and a valid digital tachograph card. An excellent communicator, you will have the ability to build sound relationships with customers, suppliers and staff. You will be a good team player and will work well both as part of a team and from your own initiative.
If you are proactive and willing to learn then this could be the position for you. Full training will be given on all sewerage equipment if you can demonstrate the relevant driving qualifications. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to progress within Aster.
