They are now looking for a Training Coordinator to join them within the Academy, reporting to the Academy Training Manager.
Your key responsibilities will include co-ordinating the development and delivery of high quality and engaging learning based knowledge, courses and material that engages people in the Industry. It will be your responsibility to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of new and existing content, provide excellent customer service, resolve technical queries related to Academy courses and work with stakeholders to elicit training needs.
They are looking for a highly organised individual with demonstrable experience in a similar role, who has strong technical ability to work with multiple learning platforms and technologies. You will have the ability to articulate ideas and customer needs and suggest solutions to meet them; and will preferably have experience in working with external stakeholders to develop and deliver high quality and engaging learning-based content.
Capable of communicating effectively and confidently at all levels, you should have the ability to provide the highest possible level of customer service, have knowledge of training needs analysis and favourably be aware of instructional design theory and implementation. As the role is focused on building and maintaining good relationships, it is important that you are a team player who is friendly, conscientious, and has a high attention to detail. Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word are prerequisite, as is the ability to learn new in-house systems quickly.
