Our client is a local charity, which works to enable people with learning disabilities to achieve their full potential. They invite you to join their team of professionals providing an excellent service to clients all over the City.

They currently have the following full and part-time vacancies:

Senior Support Worker
Full-time 36.5 hours a week
Salary range: £22,727 - £24,241 p.a.

You will supervise, support and develop a small team of support workers as well as providing some direct client service yourself. You will have experience of supported housing/care work, supervision/management, and good communication, organisation and budgeting skills.

Support Workers 
Full and Part-time
Salary range £17,082 - £18,806 p.a. (pro rata for part-time)

You will support people with learning disabilities to be able to live as independently as possible. You will have experience of supported housing and/or care work, learning disabilities, safeguarding, good domestic and budgeting skills, knowledge of welfare benefits, needs and risk assessments and key working.

Crisis Support Worker (Rebuild My Life Project)
Part-time 30 Hours a week
Salary range £17,082 - £ 18,806 p.a. (pro rata for part time)

This charity has secured a grant from the Big Lottery which funds a crisis support service called 'Rebuild My Life’ for people with Learning Disabilities in Birmingham, working in partnership with other local organisations. Funding runs to October 2021.
