My client is a Principal Contracting organisation based in Wolverhampton. Having been established 18 months ago, they're currently experiencing phenomenal growth whilst securing a steady repeat client base with a number of market leading businesses.
As a result, they've requested that I recruit a Project/Commercial manager to look after a series of traditional Build projects within the Commercial Sector. This includes Leisure, Retail, Education, Supported Living, Domestic Properties and more.
The successful candidate will be managing between 3 - 5 projects that will range between GBP100k - GBP1m in total value.
Responsibilities will include programme management for the projects alongside commercial responsibility. Training will be provided for candidates with a suitable background.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a few years' quantity surveying experience that wants to join a rapidly expanding and young company that will continue to move into bigger and better things as it goes forward.

Essential:
* 1 - 5 years' post-graduate experience working for a Principal Main Contractor.
* Experience in Quantity Surveying and the management of Sub-Contractors.
* RICS Accredited Degree or Equivalent qualification.
Desirable (Not Essential):
* Commercial Build Principal Contracting experience.
