Chef

We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Chef to join this site based in Edgware, Middlesex. Working within a residential care home, the kitchen provides a breakfast, lunch and supper service to 30 residents daily. As the chef, you will be working alongside the Chef Manager, producing good fresh home cooking including cakes. There is a tam of 4 in total and this position is ideal for a chef who is looking to progress their career.

To be considered as a candidate, you will
- a strong chef with a proven career history
- ideally have worked within a care home or similar environment
- hold your relevant qualifications and certificates
- be able to produce good food using fresh ingredients
- ideally have a love of baking
- be able to work well within a team as well as use your initiative
- have an empathetic, friendly and willing manner as well as a positive, can do attitude
- be able to work weekends

Working 40 hours a week, 5/7 days this is a great opportunity for a chef to progress their career.
