Our client is a small independent estate agency who have an opening for an experienced Sales Negotiator.
The role :
* Deal with enquires both over the phone and face to face negotiating sales
* Maintain regular contact with vendors and purchasers.
* Arrange valuation, viewings & mortgage appointments
* Work closely with outside agencies and solicitors to ensure smooth progression of sales.
* Achieve targets set.
* Pro-actively seek new business opportunities.
Ideal candidate:
* Experience in the property industry is essential.
* A confident and articulate individual with exceptional organisational skills.
* Be a driven person who thrives in a challenging role and has a desire to succeed.
* Possess excellent sales closure skills.
* Have strong communication skills.
