Scope of Role:

Effectively plan and deliver vocational programmes whilst creating a positive, safe learning environment to support learners to achieve their full potential.
The Role
Act as a subject matter specialist, driving the development and delivery of a robust training plan to Babington's specification.
Provide aspirational tuition, support and guidance to learners throughout their learning journey, helping them to progress, achieve and reach their potential.
Arrange initial visit with new learners within 2 working day of allocation and deliver an induction session and health & safety check with new learners within 7 working days.Conduct and interpret detailed skills gap analysis with learners to accurately identify learners starting points, prior achievements and experience.
Accurately construct and maintain all learner documentation to reflect learner's characteristics, meet quality standards and funding compliance. Ensure all learner work is timely marked and constructive feedback is provided highlighting improvement and development. Conduct regular and timely progression reviews with learners as per the standard operating model, setting SMART targets and providing additional learner support as required.
Plan effective visits with employers and learners to ensure a thorough understanding of learning programme, delivery schedule, qualifications and progression.Facilitate virtual classroom sessions, learning forums and other scheduled online activities, embedding relevant content.
Maintain excellent working knowledge of apprenticeship standards, assessment plans, End Point Assessment and testing for associated vocational area.
Adequately support and prepare learners for End Point Assessment and testing for associated vocational area.
Positively support the progression of learner's personal development, behaviour and welfare throughout their learning programmes.
Collaborate with the Service Excellence Team to implement a high-quality learning experience, whilst fulfilling Awarding Organisations and Inspectorate expectations.Act as an ambassador for Babington exhibiting enthusiasm and professionalism at all times.Any other duty which, from time to time, may reasonably be required to meet the needs of the business.

Skills and Experience
Level 3 Award in Education & Training (or equivalent) teaching qualification or willingness to acquire one.

Must have a minimum of Cert CII and extensive occupational competence
