THE ROLE
* Must have a clear understanding of charity legislation, through previous
experience
* Temp- Perm position
* Monday- Friday- no weekends, bank holidays etc
* Free staff parking provided
* Inbound/ Outbound calling
* First point of contact
* Objection handing
* Emailing/ dealing with post inquiries
* To respond to inquiries within a timely matter
* To turn a negative experience into a positive outcome
* General admin when required
* Any other related duties
SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED-
* Previous charity experience
* Available immediately, ideally
* Excellent communication skills
* Reliable/ trustworthy
* MUST be responsible due to the nature of the business
