We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie to join an exciting new restaurant opening, in the centre of busy Chelmsford. This high end, new establishment is currently undergoing a full renovation, and will be opening early January. The kitchen and menu will be modern British in design, with a brigade of passionate and enthusiastic chefs, producing quality dishes using only the freshest ingredients. The team is headed by an award winning chef, who is very well known in the Essex area.

This new venture, based in the centre of Chelmsford, are seeking an enthusiastic Chef de Partie who ideally has a high-volume, fresh food background, is creative and passionate in their cooking and whom is looking to move into a professional kitchen. The Restaurant will have a vibrant feel and will be able to cater for up to 200 covers per service. All food will be sourced from within the area, from excellent local suppliers. The Menu is modern British in design, featuring premium cuts of meat, and quality ingredients, and there will be a specials board which wil change daily depending on what the suppliers have in fresh.

The ideal Chef de Partie candidate will be dynamic, motivated and eager to learn from an experienced and passionate Head Chef. You will ideally be experienced in all sections and have a flair for creating new and exciting dishes using fresh local produce. You will also have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar establishment and ideally be able to handle high volume and fast paced services.

Due to the location, this venue is easily accessed by public transport.
