Assistant Site Manager (30-40k) - Cambridge
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Site Manager with good people management skills, ideally with residential housing experience to work for a successful and reputable housing developer, the site is in Cambridge with future work to be local to the area
You will be joining an experienced and vibrant management team who encourage career progression and development
Key Skills:
•Previous Assistant Site Management experience is essential, ideally with a residential developer
•Proven track record in successfully assisting a Site Manager
•Leadership skills
•Commercially aware with excellent organisational skills
•Excellent communication skills and customer focused
•Literate and numerate with good IT Skills
•Self-motivated and ambitious
Qualifications needed:
• CSCS Card
• First Aid
• SMSTS
