Placement Officer
Hours Part time (4 days a week, Monday to Thursday) for 38 weeks (term time plus admin weeks)

Students at Norland College study a unique combination of the BA (Hons) Early Years Development and Learning degree program together with the Norland Diploma, a practical based course consisting of modules in Play & Learning, Care & Wellbeing and Food & Nutrition.
We are looking to appoint a term time only Placement Officer who will work within the Placement Team Monday to Thursday to provide placement support for students studying at Norland College. Working with the Placement Manager this post will secure and maintain quality placements across the age range of 0-8 years, whilst also visiting and assessing students within settings.
You must hold a minimum Level 3 early years qualification along with recent and relevant experience in the sector. An assessor qualification would be an advantage. Experience supporting students in placement settings would be advantageous, but training will be provided.
