They own and manage around 4,600 homes with a £22 million turnover and their mission is to “work successfully with customers and communities to provide great services and high quality living environments.” They pride themselves on being a forward thinking progressive housing association reflective of what is an ever changing sector. With housing being high on the public’s agenda, this organisation continues to grow.

They are seeking an ambitious and driven Business Improvement Analyst to join their IT and Business Improvement Team at a really exciting time for the organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who wants to make a difference by providing data analysis that is accurate, timely and insightful in order to assist the organisation’s decision making. The role will support the data transformation of the organisation, lead on the development of innovative reporting and statistical analysis with the aim to enhance customer experiences. You will establish professional working relationships and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide a proactive Business Improvement service, dealing with day to day requests as well as improvement projects.

Ideally, you will be able to bring innovation and new ideas to the role as well as looking to gain valuable experience in a working environment. You will have excellent attention to detail and communication skills that enable productive liaising with stakeholders.
