Essenc Property is a private own estate agency who is specialised in city centre living. We take pride in our customer service, and appriatiate the team who made it possible. Our business is growing, we are now looking for additional talent to join our team.
Property Consultant
This role will be fast paced and will require positive and can-do attitude. Main duties include but not limited to:
• Answering enquires in a professional manner
• Providing friendly, knowledgeable and professional service to all clients
• Understanding and approachable
• Orgnising and attending viewings
• Able to build rapport within short period of time
• Experience in valuing is desired
• Experience in both lettings and sales would be an advantage
Skills Required:
• Solid track record in lettings and sales department
• Ability to work under pressure within a fast paced environment and minimal supervision
• Positive attitude
• A team player with excellent organisational skills
• Looking to further your career as a property consultant
• Full UK driving license is a must
• ARLA qualified or equivalent is desired
• Networking in the City Centre is desired
• Minimum of 2 years Letting or Sales experience
• Well Presented
In return for this Negotiator role our clients are offering a competitive basic salary (Depending on Experience) realistic OTE of GBP26,000 - GBP30,000
