Sutton Housing Partnership (established in 2006) manages council housing in Sutton.
We have an ambitious programme with the view to deliver excellent customer service, deliver more homes, invest in our housing stock and make SHP a great place to work. This is a truly exciting time to be joining Sutton Housing Partnership, we are currently transforming our Operations Directorate and establishing a placed based housing management service that will work at the heart of our Community.

To achieve these goals SHP has developed a new operating model and as a
result we have a number of excellent job opportunities.

The post holder will work with our team to provide advice to colleagues as they commission building works and services. You will support on areas such as procurement, forecasting and management of budgets as well as cost analysis. Proactive in your approach, you will look for ways to reduce overall project costs whilst still maintaining value for money and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have worked in a similar role so will have a good working knowledge of building construction and contracts. A natural leader, you will be comfortable overseeing the management of contracts, assisting the team with the development of VFM reviews and specifications. You will be hold a MRICS, CIOB, degree or other relevant qualification or will be able to demonstrate your skills through your extensive senior management experience in a similar environment.
