Project Manager GBP60k
My client is involved in the automation & control systems integration industry operating on various sites in the UK. Due to continuous growth and ever increasing demand they currently have the need for a Project Manager.
The project manager role will be to manage complex control system projects in response to the client demand within budget and timescale in a number of industries. Responsibilities for this role include budget control, working with the engineering team on design specs, undertaking project review meetings, working with the commercial team to generate quotations, negotiating and additional project costs with the client, and liaising with all key departments including purchasing and engineering.
Project Manager candidates with several years experience and beneficial if includes some exposure to the automotive or automation industry, other industries to do with machinery would be welcome. Ideally diploma or degree qualified in an engineering subject while advantageous to have Prince2 qualification.
This Project Manager role is commutable within the West Midlands and surrounds including Birmingham, Rugby, Coventry, Northampton, Daventry, Leamington Spa, Kettering, Milton Keynes and Oxford.
Base salary between GBP45-60k depending on experience + car + benefits.
