SALARY: GBP25,000 to GBP30,000 + Bonus
COMPANY / ROLE
Our client is a well-established organisation in the Exhibition Stands industry, the company design and manufacture a wide range of exhibition stands, pop-up stands and portable stands into SME's, Corporate Companies and Blue-Chip Organisations across all sectors.
The company are now looking to recruit a Design Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the Exhibition Stands industry (allied / related industries will be considered), will have a proven track-record in a Design Management role; leading teams of Designers, liaising with multiple inhouse departments as well as external parties. Candidate must be design-focused, commercial minded, hardworking, driven, have excellent organisational skills and looking to join a well-established growing organisation.
Principal responsibilities / Knowledge / Experience
1. Minimum 2 years of proven Design Management success in the Exhibition Stands industry.
2. Strong leadership and man-management skills - essential
3. Maintain a professional relationship with customers and ensure they are kept satisfied with the company's services.
4. Effective Communicator.
5. Prompt and accurate reporting to the Directors as required.
6. Computer literate.
