Some of the day-to-day duties include:

  • Educate clients about available loan products, rates, policies, and procedures as well as underwriting requirements.
  • Review the information provided by clients during application and analyse their financial and credit information to identify a loan program that is best suited to their circumstances.
  • Deliver mortgage and protection advice to both new and existing clients, either over the phone or through face-to-face interactions.
  • Build trust among clients and builders and maintain a good working relationship with them for future business development and referrals.
  • Provide post-sale service to clients by answering queries and addressing concerns.

Likewise, there are other benefits available, including holiday entitlements, medical insurance, and career progression.
