Opportunity knocks with this little gem based in central Brighton. You'll need some gravitas as well as some experience within one of the professional services sectors to be considered for this role which is servicing clients in the South East as well as Central London area.

Our client has a strong brand within their field, built over the last couple of decades, so you'll need to bring with you some strong servicing chops as there is a lot of repeat business, but not be afraid to add to the pot and put your sales hat on to bring in some more.

The Senior Manager here leads from the front, is knowledgeable, someone who has been there, so is super happy to mentor you and develop you and your career to be the best it can be.

This team works hard together and have developed their business well by working in an adult environment where you are given support and assistance where needed versus being put under the microscope for every breath you take!

Client meetings and getting out and about are strongly encouraged and if you have a little panache there's no doubt you'll be at the 180K level soon at which point you can hire around you and build an even bigger empire! High fees, super commission - what's not to like!
