Property Manager - Oxford - up to GBP23k package

A fantastic opportunity has now arisen to work for one of the area's most sought after Independent Brands, with a superb reputation in the Oxford area. This Independent Estate Agent is renowned for its customer service and five star reviews. They are now seeking a property manager to keep there customer service consistent.

Our client is looking for a positive and pro-active team player to join their growing Property Management department.

As a Property Manager: Duties will include:

??Dealing with day-to-day maintenance and liaising between tenants, contractors and landlords - ensuring that an excellent standard of customer service is upheld.
??Maintaining compliance documents - ensuring all properties comply with current legislation, specific to the property.
??Scheduling and conducting property visits of our managed portfolio.
??Facilitate and implement a schedule of planned maintenance, including works to be carried out in void periods.
??Arranging and managing Property Check-in and Check-outs.
??Handle deposit dispute negotiations.
??Liaise and interact with the Lettings and Accounts teams, ensuring seamless transition between departments.

You will need to be extremely organised, with high attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be expected to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.

As you will be expected to visit properties as part of your day to day duties, a full UK Driving License and access to your own car are essential.

Whilst experience of working in Property Management is an advantage, our client would also welcome applications from those who have a keen interest in Property Management, and have a strong customer service and administrative background.
