Town Planner - Bristol - Clientside

Are you a Town Planner seeking new opportunities in the South West?

We are seeking a Town Planner in Bristol to join a National Strategic Land & Planning promoter.

You will need the following:

• Masters in Town Planning
• Working towards MRTPI status
• Minimum of 2 years Private sector experience
• Geographical understanding of the South West
• Working knowledge of Land Acquisitions

Responsibilities:

• Manage Planning applications
• Undertake site appraisals and policy appraisals
• Work in conjunction with land team on new acquisitions
• Liaise with external parties

You will join the existing team in Bristol to work on a mixture of Land and Planning aspects of all projects across the East Midlands. In addition you shall receive a competitive starting salary and benefits to match your previous experience.
