Group Finance Business Partner
Rudgeway, near Thornbury, Bristol
GBP40,000 Per Annum
The Elim Group comprises Elim Housing Association and Lime Property Ventures, our commercial subsidiary. We provide housing and support services to over 800 individuals and families and have an ambitious development programme with an aim to deliver over 200 new homes over the next three years. This is an exciting time to join Elim as we transform the way we work and align our services to our customers housing needs and aspirations.
The Group Finance Business Partner Role
You will be responsible for all operational day to day finance matters reporting, including the group management accounts as well as providing effective management of the finance team. You will be required to produce the year end statutory schedules of the group including liaison with the external auditors as required.
Requirements for the Group Finance Business Partner Role
In order to be successful in this role you will be part qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant as a minimum and qualified by experience. You will need to have extensive experience in preparing monthly management accounts and budget variance reporting and in assisting in the preparation of consolidated accounts with a good knowledge of FRS 102 and other relevant financial accounting regulations. A high level of commercial awareness, experience of line management and management skills as well as strong communication skills with proven experience in liaising with operational teams is required.
