Estate Agency Senior Sales Negotiator
My client, an independent Estate Agency are seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to work in their busy branch in Bristol.
The ideal candidate will be confident, enthusiastic, motivated and driven and have a minimum of two years Estate Agency experience.
The position will include:
Registering applicants
Liaising between buyers and vendors
Negotiating on Sales
Sales progression
Canvassing for new business
Closing for business and closing deals
Arranging and conducting viewings
Arranging and conducting valuations
Conduct measure ups
Support the Branch Manager
To be considered for this position, you must have a full, clean UK driving licence and your own vehicle; as well as excellent local knowledge.
In return, my client is offering a generous basic salary which will be completely dependent on experience and will range from GBP18,000 - GBP22,000. On target earnings will be circa GBP30,000
