Estate Agency Sales and Lettings Negotiator
Our client, a multi branch independent Estate and Letting Agent based in Dorset are seeking an experienced Property Professional to join their busy branch in Poole.
the ideal candidate will be driven, focused and methodical and able to work as part of a team as well as individually. You must have experience within Estate agency and be familiar with both the sales and lettings process.
The role will require you to go out on appointments so a full clean driving licence and own car is essential for the role.
Responsibilities will include:
booking and carrying out property viewings for sales and lettings
Negotiating on sales and lets
Carry out check in and check out for lettings
Carry out inventories
Assist Property Managers with day to day tasks
Some administration for sales and lettings
Meet branch targets
In return our client is offering a generous basic salary of 22,000 plus commission package
Working hours will be Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm and Saturdays on rota with day off in the week when a Saturday is worked
