Westcliff on Sea

GBP20,000 - GBP23,000 basic DOE per annum

Our client, and estate agent based in Westcliff on Sea are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their lettings department.

As a Property Manager, you will be required to;

Manage a portfolio of rental properties

Grow and build upon the managed portfolio

Manage the day to day requirements of the properties, tenants and landlords

Organise maintenance and repairs

Manage inventories

Handle check-ins and check-outs

Manage rental payments and arrears

Deal with incoming enquiries and queries related to lettings, property management and maintenance/repairs

Candidate requirements for the role;

Experience within estate agency/lettings Property Management

Valid driving licence

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Ability to work well under pressure when required

Strong customer service skills

Knowledge of the local lettings market is desirable

Salary: Up to GBP20,000 - GBP23,000 basic
