Appointment Setter
Location: Farnham
Salary: GBP10.00 per hour (Temp to Perm)
Monday to Friday 9.00 to 5pm
My client based in Farnham is looking for an enthusiastic Appointment Setter to join their prestigious company. The role will be acting as a primary point of contact to existing customers and clients and providing a high level of customer service at all times. You will also be looking to increase sales by identifying new contacts and booking appointments for the field sales teams.
The Role
To develop and build relationships with clients
To source new business opportunities within your customer base
To contact excising customer base for opportunities
To educate clients on products and services
To improve customer retention levels
To support the customer through the entire sales process
To regularly and consistently seek customer feedback to help the company develop and improve products and services
To meet/exceed monthly sales KPIs
Desired Experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to communicate with people at all levels.
Experience in Microsoft packages and CRM systems
