Alison Fox Recruitment is seeking an Experienced SQL Data Analsyt Through your analysis you will put the customer at the heart of the business.
You will be a key figure in supporting the marketing team and wider business in providing customer focused analysis and insights to support our wider sales and marketing activities and long term objectives. It is essential that you will be comfortable working with large and varied data sources to produce and share reports with key stakeholders to help inform decision making.
You will be advocate for the business to become further data and insight driven, supporting your peers in learning and development of data modelling.
EXPERIENCE
* 2-3 years' experience working in an analytical function ideally within a marketing environment.
* Educated to a degree level, ideally in statistic, economics, engineering or other highly numerate subjects.
* Experience in conducting statistical analysis and creating models from large dataset. Applying models in marketing environment is highly desirable.
* Experience of CRM and single-customer-views is highly desirable.
* Experience of turning data into actionable insight
PERSONAL ATTITUDE AND SKILLS
* Excellent knowledge & working experience in SQL
* Familiar with at least one data visualisation tool (Power BI or Tableau)
* Experience or knowledge of Oracle and Seibel
* Familiarity with GDPR data privacy laws is desirable
* Highly analytical and results focused
* Strong presentation skills - written and verbal
* Highly motivated with a 'can do' attitude
* Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
* A keen eye for detail and a track record of providing accurate and insightful data reports
* Calm under pressure
GBP35,000 - maybe flexible for strong candidates
