Warehouse Operative (Goods Inward)

GBP19k increasing to GBP20.5k after probationary period
I am looking to recruit a Warehouse Operator (Goods Inwards), to join a Chemical Manufacturing Company based in the Leeds area.
You will be responsible for receiving raw materials, packing materials and other items, booking them onto the company system and storing them within the allocate areas, whilst adhering to health and safety requirements. You will also be required to complete some production tasks such as helping out within the manufacturing area.
Responsibilities:
* Complete all receipting operations as required, maintaining accurate records
* Ensure all stocks are replenished
* Maintain hygiene standards, racking and storing containers
* Ensure all products are handled in accordance with H&S procedures
* Follow instructions, maintaining attention to detail
* Keep the workspace tidy at all times
Applicants must have current Reach and Counterbalance FLT licences
Applicants should have a GCSE in English and Maths. A science qualification would be advantageous. You must have a good understanding of current health and safety legislation. Previous experience within a warehouse or good inwards would be advantageous.
