We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Design Sales Consultant, with full design training provided, we are looking for an enthusiastic and eager individual to become part of our client's success story.
Our client is the country's leading specialist bathroom retailer with 165 stores across the UK. Our heritage and expertise means we truly understand bathrooms and we understand what our customers need to achieve their dream bathroom. It would be your responsibility to help them get it! From inspiration to installation and beyond. A passion for sales and excellent service are the only qualifications you need to:
•Support our customers with the full design and purchase of their perfect bathroom
•Ensure our customers receive the best service available
•Achieve individual monthly sales targets and other KPI's as required
•Actively sell and promote the company's products and services always
•Help drive store profitability in line with expectations
•Act as an ambassador for our client's brand
•Help maintain a good team spirit
•Conduct home consultations with your customer using our Pool Car that is kept on site
Full UK Driving License is required - Our Unique Service by Design offering ensures that we deliver the service our customers have come to expect - this will include our Home Design Service whereby you will visit your customer in their home to go through the design (a Pool Car is provided for these visits but will be kept on site - this is NOT a company car)

Job Details
Title: Design Sales Consultant
Hours: 40 hours a week, 5 days per week, including weekends and Bank Holidays (two weekend days off per month)
Job Type: Full time, permanent
Basic Salary: GBP16,286 pa increasing to GBP17,500 after probation.
