Sales Manager (Estate Agency)

Our Clients, an award-winning Estate Agency brand are looking for a talented Sales Manager to join their sales team in Brighton.

As a Sales Manager, responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the day to day running of the office
• Training and mentoring junior members of staff
• Valuing and instructing properties to the market
• Canvassing to increase the local market share
• Selling houses
• Cross selling / upselling company products and services
• Offering first class customer service at all times

To be considered for this role, candidates must have previous property sales experience with proven results. My client is looking for an ambitious, target driven estate agent. Local knowledge of the local area would be beneficial for this role, but by no means essential. This company has a structured style of working and are looking for a mindset and attitude where they embrace change, are open to new ideas and have high energy levels.

In return, a basic salary of GBP20,000+ will be offered depending on experience, along with an uncapped commission structure to provide a realistic On Target Earnings of GBP40,000. A car allowance or company car will also be offered.
