Carnival UK's People Team have recently been undergoing an exciting new transformation to change the way in which we work to serve the business, our customers and our employees in everything that we do. The Talent and Culture team have an exciting opportunity for a wellbeing manager, who is passionate and excited about wellbeing and demonstrates healthy behaviours from either a wellbeing, health and safety or fitness background to deliver and implement new and innovative ways to develop strategies for us to attract, develop, retain, reward and promote our people to be the happiest they can be. You will build successful stakeholder and brand relationships, both shore and fleet side for our P&O and Cunard vessels. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who already has some wellbeing project experience, however, is looking to take on a more rounded and full role as a wellbeing specialist for a large organisation. You will have the opportunity to work in a positive and unique culture while delivering engaging wellbeing programmes working with a friendly and enthusiastic team.

As a wellbeing Manager, you will be supported by your senior manager and report directly to them while working closely with another wellbeing manager responsible for either or P&O, Cunard and shore where you will drive the delivery of an integrated and holistic Wellbeing Plan, for all of our people (Ship and Shore) with an aim to improve their overall Wellbeing and Happiness, by providing new initiatives and activities for our people, which are driven by the feedback received from our people and implemented as set out by the business..

Your accountabilities will include:

- Facilitate the delivery of the wellbeing plan for both ship and shore.

- Ensure the Wellbeing Plan is being delivered to the given timescales set out by the business.

- Enable the implementation of new Wellbeing initiatives.

- Ensure the People Brand Standards are maintained and developed across ship and Shore.
