THE ROLE: As Global Service Delivery Manager reporting to our Global Service Delivery Director and responsible for a large geographically dispersed team, you will ensure that field service is delivered to the highest standard. Analysing and managing service metrics across the regions, you will drive global teams in the correct use of SAP B1 service delivery, liaising with other departments, notably the commercial sales function, to ensure a high level of collaboration for all aspects of customer support. Developing and owning global service delivery will require collaboration with our HQ-based engineering team to resolve field technical issues, in addition to proactive working with engineering and product management. You will also develop and deliver key service KPIs and metrics, liaising with our Global Training Manager to ensure partners (OEMs and distributors) are delivering to standard. Proactively managing and monitoring individual and team performance to ensure objectives and standards are achieved, you will also motivate your team to realise their full potential. THE CANDIDATE: With a proven track record of service management across multiple locations overseas, you have extensive people management experience within a fast-paced, technical environment. Your analytical mindset and technical capability to learn about Peak's core products are underpinned by strong communication and interpersonal skills and clear problem-solving capabilities over a diverse range of issues.
