About Client Facing Technology Client Facing Technology is made up of 450+ team members in 12 locations (primarily NY, London, Prague, Pune). Our work involves providing technology solutions that support the core needs of our business areas and delivering innovative digital ideas that help improve Barclays platforms. CFT strives to deliver new digital solutions to its business areas, drive standards for front-end development and design, spark innovation in the IB, excel at gender diversity, empower all regions / offices, adopt Agile / DevOps, organize, standardize, and consolidate documentation--all while continuing to meet our financial commitments and client deliverables. Your Role You will be required to work on various projects within the Sales Analytics and CRM Team. The role will require interfacing with key business figures to collate requirements and be able to create specifications based on the analysis and be responsible for documenting and executing the functional testing and support of * Participate in requirements gathering & definition, analysis, and design phases. * Act as liaison and coordinator between business users and technology team, communicating effectively with each group using their preferred vocabularies. * Assist with testing cycles, utilising off-shore testing team and coordinating business involvement. * Answer queries in the support queue and maintain the issues/features tracking database * Monitor solution quality and advise project manager and team leads on areas for process improvement. * Assist the team in evaluating trade-offs between quality, features and delivery. * Evaluate current business processes to identify potential areas of improvement. * Keeps user training documentation up-to-date. Train users as necessary. Essential Skills * Experience working as part of an agile development team. * Knowledge of SDLC. * Experience in a global Investment Banking environment, with strong skills in analysing business processes, supporting data structures and recommending improvements. * Should be comfortable dealing with business stakeholders from all levels and proficient and building collaborative relationships with partners and peers. Desirable Skills * Must be confident in communication with business and IT management and should have strong presentation skills * Should have some understanding of RTB/BTB Controls. * Experience in using JIRA, Confluence. * Understanding of CRM and or exposure to vendor systems like Tier 1, Salesforce.
