You will be strategic in your approach, coupled with the desire to be hands on, happy to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in. You will bring a strong commercial outlook and be keen to get fully immersed in the company, highly visible across the multi-site locations to understand the heart of their business - its people. Culture fit will be vital in making this appointment. With that in mind our client is open to considering candidates who are currently working in-house and are looking for their first step into a leadership role. It would be considered a clear advantage if you bring Recruitment experience of working within a fast paced, customer focused, multisite industry such as hospitality, leisure or retail. You'll have experienced first-hand and possess a good knowledge of what best practice looks like, and be able to bring creativity around how that can be best applied to an SME that is going through the growth that brings scale, maturity and complexity.
