Our Client is a leading manufacturer of cosmetic components supplying several multi-national clients. Due to company expansion they require an experienced Tool Maker.
You will be required to work alongside a highly skilled team in order to produce tooling to a high standard. You will also be required to develop new product tooling and set a platarg multi-stage transfer press. Experience of deep draw transfer presses working with aluminium is preferred, but training could be given to a suitable time served tool maker.
The successful candidate will be required to follow current Company health and safety procedures, work on a shift basis and work closely with Toolmakers, Tool Room Supervisors and Managers. All candidates must be able to work with minimal supervision and possess a flare for problem solving and work to a continual improvement initiative.
You should be a self-motivated individual with excellent levels of communication and be able to work within a team, be flexible, with the ability to cover on shifts as and when required and have a good attendance and time keeping record.
Salary: A competitive package is available and salary is dependent on shift /shifts worked. The salary is negotiable, depending on experience.
Hours: 41.25 hrs per week
This is a permanent full time position.
