Area to be covered: Midlands & South UK

Remuneration: GBP30,000 - GBP35,000 (Depending on Experience) + Bonus GBP6-10k

ROLE:

*Selling a high quality range of manufactured canopies, rooflights and roof glazing systems
*40% of your time will be spent selling via specification to architects or large end users
*40% of your time will spent selling to main contractors and roofing contractors
*Remaining 20% of your time will be spent selling directly to end users mainly within the Education market sector
*Dealing with typical order values of around GBP20k - GBP60k
*Taking over a territory currently turning over around GBP1million per annum with the view of significantly increasing annual turnover
*50:50 mix of managing and expanding existing business and generating new relationships with regular leads and enquiries provided
*Covering a territory which will incorporate the whole of the South from South Midlands down to South Coast with the majority of time spent in the South East

PERSON:

*Proven field sales track record with related products / systems including: canopies, street furniture, hard landscaping, rooflights, building envelope, structural glazing, architectural glazing, play equipment, facades, curtain walling, cladding, roof glazing, roofing, waterproofing or related products
*Must have a demonstrable track record of generating sales via Main Contractors and Specialist Sub Contractors
*Ideally experience or an understanding of securing specifications via architects / designers
*Technically competent and comfortable with selling a solution, not on price
*Ideally capable of conducting CPD presentations
*Organised, hungry and capable of generating new business and managing existing relationships
*Track record of stability within your career
*Driven, credible, self motivated and pro active
