•Data input and extracting information on to manual and computer based systems
•Telephone work - speaking to our customers and helping to resolve their queries
•Contribute to team performance, providing input to improve performance, problem resolution and be receptive to change
The Ideal Candidate
•PC Literacy with strong data-entry skills - both numeric and alpha-numeric
•Telephone experience
•Excellent attention to detail
•Decision Making
•Numeric skills
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
