Transaction Manager

We are seeking a TRANSACTION MANAGER to join a prestige main dealer facility in Plymouth, representing a world class quality brand. Responsibility will extend to the maximisation of sales and profit opportunities within the direct sales environment, while consistently exceeding customer expectations and maintaining standards in line with the business needs as well as the franchise contract. Job Scope: Responsible for the transaction of new and used car business whilst maximising profit through key KPI's Assist with the training and development of Sales Executives in line with company expectations Financial - delivering sales and generating income in line with annual budgets within a team To be considered you will require robust previous sales experience within the Motor industry along with: Experience of a customer focused environment Specialist knowledge of F&I and MBI and vehicle valuation Administration & IT skills This role would suit an existing Transaction Manager, Business Manager, Sales Controller or Senior Sales Executive from a Motor Industry background.
